I am not a fan of this movie for some reason. I see no point in it being set in Budapest since nobody even attempts an accent. Would have been better set in NYC like "You've Got Mail."

I guess being from the US, Jimmy Stewart hanging out in Budapest is just silly - he is as American as a person can be lol

No idea about the accent but I belong to letter era changing to email one so that is y I liked watching both versions and "Don't cry Shopgirl" too ️
